By accessing or using the Website or purchasing any package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or purchasing any package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Website. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any betting activities comply with applicable laws where you live.

3) Account Registration & Security

You may need an account to access certain features or paid content.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may require or enforce two-factor authentication (2FA), limit concurrent sessions, and set device/IP limits to protect members and content.

4) Packages, Billing & Renewal (No Auto‑Renewal)

One‑time purchases: All packages are one‑time, fixed‑term purchases and do not auto‑renew. When your access term ends, you must manually purchase a new package to continue access.
Pricing & Taxes: Prices are listed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Changes: We may modify package offerings and pricing prospectively; you will be notified of material changes in advance where required by law.

If DSP offers an optional subscription in the future, it will be opt‑in with clearly stated renewal terms separate from these package provisions.

5) Promotions, Trials & Discounts

From time to time we may offer promotions, free trials, or discounts. These are time‑limited, non‑transferable, and may be subject to additional terms. Promotional pricing applies only to compliant, single‑user accounts unless expressly stated otherwise. We may modify or discontinue a promotion at any time as permitted by law.

6) No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non‑refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in an offer. Because DSP content is delivered digitally and has immediate value, refunds are not provided once access is granted.

7) License to DSP Content (Picks & Materials)

Subject to these Terms and your payment, DSP grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and non‑sublicensable license to access and use our subscriber content for your own individual use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, or make our content available to any third party without prior written consent.

8) Account Sharing & Access Limits

One account = one individual user.

Strictly Prohibited: sharing logins or redistributing picks (including via screenshots, forwarding, group chats, or public posting).
Enforcement: We may use reasonable technical and procedural measures (e.g., concurrent session monitoring, device/IP limits, 2FA, watermarking, unique link tokens, and other identifiers) to detect and prevent unauthorized sharing.
Violations: We may pause or suspend access, void promotional pricing, and require an upgrade to a multi‑seat plan (e.g., “Duo,” “Team”) to restore access. Repeat or egregious violations may result in termination without refund.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or third‑party rights.
Access or use the Website through automated means (bots, scrapers) without written consent.
Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security features.
Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the Website’s source code except as permitted by law.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Misrepresent your affiliation with DSP or imply endorsement.

10) Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website—including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, software, data compilations, and the selection/arrangement thereof—are owned by or licensed to DSP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. Except as expressly permitted in Section 7, no rights are granted. All trademarks and trade dress remain the property of their respective owners.

11) No Professional Advice

DSP’s content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not guarantee outcomes or profits. You assume all risk associated with betting decisions.

12) Third‑Party Services & Links

The Website may link to third‑party sites or integrate third‑party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by those third parties’ terms.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be error‑free, secure, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or content, even if advised of the possibility. In no event will DSP’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to DSP for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DSP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or misappropriation of any third‑party rights.

16) Suspension, Termination & Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account (with or without notice) if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal exposure for DSP, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your license in Section 7 ends immediately. No refunds are provided for suspensions or terminations due to violations.

17) Changes to the Service & to These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice as required by law.

18) Electronic Communications & Notices

By using the Website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS, in‑app). You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirements for written notice. Marketing SMS requires your opt‑in; you may opt out at any time as described in our messages.

19) Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and DSP regarding the Website and content.
